Born in Saluzzo on September 16, 1947

Graduated in 1970 at the University of Turin - Degree in Economics and Commerce

Chartered accountant registered with the Order of Cuneo and the Register of Auditors

​

He holds positions as statutory auditor and auditor in various Italian companies He assists national clients in tax planning projects, in corporate reorganization operations, also with a view to generational transitions, in company and shareholding evaluations and appraisals in the context of extraordinary transactions ; specializes in the organization of management control systems and in the taxation of tourism businesses.

​

He has been an adjunct professor at the University School of Business Management of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Turin and has gained many experiences as a teacher holding courses in tax matters and management control.

​

He has edited, as author, some publications on tax matters and management control for Travel Agencies
