Graduated in Law from the University of Roma Tre.

Enrolled in the Rome Bar Association

Enrolled in the list of Managers of the Over-indebtedness Crisis held by the Crisis Settlement Body of the Lawyers of Rome.

Within the Firm, he deals with the management of insolvency procedures, the drafting of contracts in general and framework agreements, the consultancy and resolution of corporate issues, the drafting of opinions, company minutes, statutes, shareholder agreements, projects merger and demerger.

He has gained extensive experience in drafting the records for the transfer of company shares and related obligations and in the management of inheritance issues also with the compilation and transmission of the declaration of succession.
